OUR SERVICES
Individual therapy offers dedicated time and space to focus on your thoughts, emotions, experiences, and goals. I provide 50–60 minute virtual sessions for adolescents and adults through a secure online platform.
Together, we will create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where you can explore challenges, build on your strengths, and work toward positive change. I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is one of the most important factors in successful therapy, and I strive to create a space where clients feel safe, understood, and genuinely supported.
Individual Therapy
Parenting can be both rewarding and challenging, especially when a child or adolescent is struggling emotionally, behaviorally, or during times of transition. Parent support sessions provide a dedicated space to discuss concerns, gain insight into your child's needs, and develop practical strategies to support growth and resilience.
I offer parent consultation and parent-only sessions to help families navigate a variety of challenges. I am also trained in the SPACE (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions) model, an evidence-based treatment for children and adolescents with anxiety and OCD that works directly with parents to reduce accommodations and build confidence in their child's ability to cope.
Sessions are tailored to your family's unique needs and may be offered alongside your child's therapy or as a stand-alone service.
Parent Support Sessions
As an approved supervisor through the Maryland Board of Social Work Examiners, I provide clinical supervision for social workers pursuing advanced licensure in Maryland. Supervision is a collaborative process designed to support your professional growth, strengthen clinical skills, and deepen your confidence as a therapist.
Together, we will explore case conceptualization, treatment planning, ethical considerations, and the therapeutic relationship while helping you develop an authentic and effective clinical style. My goal is to create a supportive environment where clinicians feel encouraged to learn, reflect, and grow.
Clinical Supervision
The first session, or intake session, will serve as an initial diagnostic assessment. We will discuss pertinent developmental history, presenting concerns, and establish treatment goals.
Diagnostic Assessment
Communication Outside of Therapy Sessions: This includes phone calls, e-mails, or other communication with discussion of clinical, or therapy-related issues outside of scheduled therapy sessions.
Collaboration with Other Professionals & Schools: This includes communication with other providers, including psychiatrists or psychiatric nurse practitioners, primary care doctors, or other therapists serving the client or family. This can also include conversations with teachers, counselors, or administrators at school, as well as advocacy and participation in school meetings (including IEP and 504 Plan meetings).
