I provide virtual therapy sessions through SimplePractice, a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform for clients located in Maryland. Virtual therapy offers a convenient and private way to access support, whether you’re at home, at school, or another comfortable space.

I am an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance companies directly. Payment is due at the time of service. Upon request, I can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Reimbursement rates vary by insurance plan, and I encourage you to contact your insurance carrier directly to learn more about your out-of-network mental health benefits. Below are the codes I use to reflect services provided: 90791 - Initial Diagnostic Assessment (50-60 min) 90837 - Individual Therapy (50-60 min) 90836 - Family Therapy without Patient / Parent Support (50-60 min)

The fee for a standard 50–60 minute therapy session is $175. Payment is collected securely through the SimplePractice client portal. Payments can be made using a credit/debit card or HSA/FSA card.

I offer a free 15-minute phone or video consultation for prospective clients and parents. This consultation provides an opportunity to discuss your concerns, ask questions, and determine whether my services may be a good fit for your needs.
